Return & Refund Policy

Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for promotional items, sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
