The 180 grit side is ideal for gently preparing and buffing the natural nail surface before applying UV Gel Strips.

The 100 grit side is designed for shortening the natural nail and refining the final shape of the UV Gel Strips after application.

Note: The 180 grit (fine grit) side corresponds to the side featuring the logo, while the 100 grit (coarse grit) side is located on the opposite side of the file.
